About the Role:

We are looking for a CBDO to lead strategic business development, establish partnerships with major payment networks (VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay), and strengthen relationships with key financial institutions (Wallester, Unlimit, Quicko, Reap, and more). The goal is to expand Whales Corp’s presence in the global payment ecosystem and crypto finance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand new business directions, including integrations with exchanges, AML providers, and non-custodial wallets.
• Secure strategic partnerships with VISA, MasterCard, and UnionPay (deal structuring, ecosystem integrations).
• Lead the development of payment infrastructure by collaborating with top financial institutions such as Wallester, Unlimit, Quicko, Reap, Triple.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management, aligning with MiCA and global financial standards.
• Analyze and resolve past partnership challenges and create sort-term and long-term business development plan.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in business development (fintech, payments, crypto).
• Deep understanding of payment flows, compliance, and financial regulations.
• Strong deal-making, negotiation, and strategic scaling skills.
• Familiarity with MiCA, AML, PSD2 regulations.
• Fluent English (C1+) for global partnerships.
• Fluent Russian (C1+) is a MUST.
