About the Role

Whales Corp is seeking a skilled Integration Manager with a banking background to drive the integration of our flagship product, Holders, with our banking partners. In this role, you will serve as the critical link between the business and development teams, overseeing the integration process from inception to completion and ensuring smooth operational maintenance of existing integrations.

This is a highly demanding position that requires the management of multiple integrations concurrently. However, it also offers significant professional growth opportunities and the chance to contribute to exciting and impactful projects in the rapidly evolving fintech and blockchain space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of the Holders platform with banking partners, ensuring all integration processes are executed smoothly and efficiently.
• Serve as the main point of contact between business and development teams, facilitating communication and aligning objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed step-by-step manuals for product integration.
• Create and manage product stories, tasks, and to-do lists for the development team to ensure timely and effective delivery of integrations.
• Monitor and improve integration processes, identifying and prioritizing areas for enhancement.
• Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Banking Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking processes, including the ability to analyze and interpret API documentation.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with banking regulations in multiple regions, including Europe and Latin America.
• Blockchain Expertise: Solid knowledge of blockchain technology and its services, particularly in transaction verification.
• Project Management: Proven experience in planning, breaking down, and managing tasks, as well as writing product stories and manuals for integrations.
• API Skills: Comfortable working with APIs and tools like Postman for testing and troubleshooting.
• Tools Proficiency: Experience with task management tools such as Notion or other project management software.
• Language Skills: Native proficiency in Russian and fluency in English are required.
• Additional Advantage: Knowledge of cryptocurrency regulations in different countries is a plus.
