Role:

We are seeking a proactive and talented marketer to join our team and work under the guidance of the CMO. You will be actively involved in executing our marketing strategy, collaborating closely with the CMO, product team, and other departments. Your mission is to efficiently bring marketing initiatives to life, both in product marketing and external communications, helping drive the growth of our project. We value both strategic vision and a hands-on approach to specific tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Marketing:
  • Conduct in-depth research on the product, target audience, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to the team and CMO.
  • Participate in refining the product’s positioning, assist in developing key messaging and value propositions.
  • Continuously improve the product roadmap from a marketing perspective.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market activities for new product and feature launches within the approved strategy.
  • Create and update marketing materials (descriptions, presentations, case studies, guides).
  • Collect and deeply analyze user feedback.
• External Marketing:
  • Implement a comprehensive marketing strategy (developed together with the CMO) to attract, engage, and retain users.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels (Digital, SMM, Content Marketing, Influence Marketing, PR, Email Marketing, etc.).
  • Manage and grow communication channels (social media, blogs, communities), and prepare content plans.
  • Create and distribute engaging content (articles, posts, news, simple visual materials) according to the content plan with the help of dedicated specialists.
  • Analyze marketing performance and prepare regular reports for the CMO.
  • Manage the marketing budget within allocated limits for specific campaigns/channels.
  • Assist in identifying and developing partnerships.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing for Web3, crypto, or fintech projects.
• Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain technologies, and cryptocurrencies.
• Proven experience in developing and independently executing marketing campaigns and activities.
• Strong grasp of product marketing principles and a desire to grow in this area.
• Hands-on experience with various digital marketing channels and web analytics tools.
• Ability to work with data: collecting, analyzing, and preparing clear reports.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Russian and English (B+ level).
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, proactiveness, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with products or communities within the TON ecosystem.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.).
• Basic copywriting or graphic editing skills.
