Our product gives everyone freedom to pay with decentralised crypto using a bank card. The platform connects crypto wallets, bank card issuers and other fintech service providers all over the world so that anyone could get a bank card tied to a decentralised smart contract using their favourite crypto wallet and blockchain.

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Manager, based in the Czech Republic, who will help with starting-up the business, driving its growth to become truly global. We are expanding internationally, so you will be a part of the launch and development of local service/product. You will have strong administrative abilities to build-and-grow. You have a good understanding of the region and its corporate law and support in establishing the business in the Czech Republic. Job duties will include:

• As Regional Manager you will be responsible for establishing and administering the new start-up in a region.
• Interact with financial institutions and lawyers on behalf of the company.
• Responsible for executing on partnership opportunities with legal and accounting vendors.
• Recruit and develop best-in-class team members starting from the compliance team. Create collaborative and focused teams, and mentor team members to boost engagement as well as personal and career development.
• Represent and build relationships with other businesses, B2B partnership development and acquisition of new clients.

Requirements

• A resident of Czech Republic
• Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in corporate law/accounting or related fields
• 1-2 years experience in the similar role
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and taxes of the Czech Republic
• Good knowledge of local law/accounting vendors
• Understanding of AML/Compliance
• Experience of working in Fintech business (Crypto, Cross border payments, online banking, etc.) as a big advantage.
• Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills
• Ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment
• Team oriented, collaborative and flexible.
