Administrative Support:
- Organizing and coordinating internal meetings, meetups, and negotiations, both in-person and online.
- Managing electronic document flow using platforms like Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace.
- Handling corporate correspondence and managing executives' calendars; arranging business trips and travel logistics.
- Supporting a positive office environment by ensuring the team has everything needed for comfortable work.
HR Functions:
- Managing the full onboarding cycle for new employees: from document processing to conducting welcome sessions.
- Maintaining and updating electronic HR databases.
- Handling employee hiring, transfers, and terminations in compliance with local labor laws, focusing on process automation and efficiency.
- Collecting and analyzing HR metrics (staff turnover, employee engagement, adaptation success rates).
- Participating in corporate culture initiatives: organizing events and internal communication activities.
- Supporting performance review processes and contributing to employer branding projects.
